Recommendations for the Draft of the National Action Plan Strategy on HIV & AIDS Response 2015 – 2019 National AIDS Commission
One of the strategic issues emphasized in the National Action Plan Strategy on HIV & AIDS Response 2015 – 2019 or SRAN 2015 – 20191 is the importance of the integration of HIV & AIDS response into the health system in Indonesia. This new issue of integration differentiates strongly the SRAN 2015 – 2019 from the previous SRAN. It is reflected in the strong will of integrating the HIV & AIDS response into both government vertical structure (at the central and local levels) and horizontal structure (cross-sectors and cross- programmes). These include aspects of management, financing, human resources management, drugs and medical equipment management, information system development, service delivery provision and management as well as strengthening community's participation.
